What is Flipit doing for my business?

We bring our users to process many transactions in your business. To do so, Flipit offers you a way to reward them on each purchase they made to increase recurring business. Your most loyal customers will receive bigger incentives and rewards. That way, we’re building a competition around loyalty in your store.

How much does it cost?

Adding your business to Flipit is FREE. We are against charging a client without having actually delivered measurable results. We charge a fee less than or equal to 10% of the transactions we bring to your business. Please note that a portion of the billing is transferred in cash rebate to your customers.
Billing detail:
Transaction from $ 0 to $ 4.99 = $ 0.25 fee
Transaction from $ 5 to $ 14.99 = $ 0.57 fee
Transaction over $ 15 = $ 1.54 fees
Example: If our members proceeded 10 transactions of $12 and 3 transactions of $18 in your business, your billing will be $10.32 .

Do I receive an invoice for each customer you bring to my business?

No! In order to avoid astronomical charges at your bank supplier, we group together all of the transactions carried out in the previous 7 days and deduct a single amount from your account, once a week. If no Flipit member came to spend at your store during this period, you will not be charged any fees.

I registered, but I don't see my business in the Flipit app. What is going on?

Even if registration takes less than 5 minutes, it can take up to 15 business days to activate your business in the Flipit app. If you don't see your business on the Flipit card after 15 business days, please contact us at support@flipitrewards.com

How do you know when one of your members is carrying out a transaction at my store?

When they join Flipit, all our members add a credit card to our application. We have a partnership with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, which notify us in real-time when one of our members spends at your store. The list of transactions is detailed in your Flipit Dashboard!
